By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using the Xtream Rummy mobile application (the “App”), operated by the company Xtream Devotion Technologies Private Limited, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions or any updates, you must stop using the App and its services immediately. Your continued use constitutes your full acceptance of all terms, including any changes made.

  • 3.5: You are responsible for obtaining internet connection and compatible devices. Data charges may apply from your mobile provider.

  • 3.6: If you are not the bill payer, ensure you have permission to use the device and service.

  • 3.7: By submitting content (e.g., images or text), you grant us a royalty-free, global, non-exclusive license to use it for promotional or service-related purposes.

4. Location-Based Notifications

If location services are enabled, you agree to receive location-specific alerts and notifications from Xtream Rummy.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • 5.1: Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

  • 5.2: You agree not to use the App or Services to:

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Suspension may apply to your account and linked accounts or devices. Restoration is at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The App and Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, virus-free, or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss, financial loss, or third-party claims.

  • You accept the risks of data transmission over the internet.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Xtream Devotion Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or legal action resulting from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and trademarks are the property of Xtream Devotion Technologies Private Limited or licensed partners. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App and are effective immediately. Continued use of the App implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
