1. Cancellation Before Receiving Chips
If you have completed a payment but have not yet received any chips or game items, you may request a cancellation. Please contact our customer support team at:

Upon receiving your request, we will process the cancellation unconditionally. The amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
2. Cancellation After Receiving, But Before Using Chips
If you have received chips or game items, but have not used or consumed them in any way, you are still eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support. After verifying that the items remain unused, we will revoke the items from your account and refund the full amount within 7 working days.
3. Partial Refund for Partially Used Items
If you have received chips or props and have partially used them in the game, you may still request a partial refund. Our support team will assess the value of the unconsumed portion and refund the corresponding amount. At the same time, the unconsumed items will be removed from your account.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions
If all purchased items have been fully consumed in the game, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. By completing the transaction, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
